Maraquan would be my overwhelming (if very forlorn) hope. Although Woodland seems like the obvious option, the Flotsam, being an entirely aquatic Neopet, doesn't really seem to lend itself to a Woodland habitat....So I'll say Chocolate and Relic. The Maraquan Draik is quite exquisite; one of the best of all NP designs for sure, as well as quite possibly the most desirable pet...so thank you for giving it to us and the world in general!!
