Neocolours

I haven't been in my account in about 6-9 months. Today I logged in to find that two of my pets are just gone (a shadow ogrin and a silver shoyru). My other two pets are still there but all the customizations I made are off. I am also missing my petpets... is this something I just missed happening? ...
