Re: Stock Market

I have 21,000 shares of SWNC but I'm holding out for 120.

I came back from a long Neo break to find all my LUPE shares had skyrocketed so I sold and made a few million. Hooray!

Re: Neopets Founder AMA

Ahaha thanks for sharing this! I'd never heard about the Scientology involvement before, that's fascinating.

(Also HI, I haven't visited here in forever - how are you all?!)

Re: Books

The Lost Symbol was great; it didn't disappoint as a typical Dan Brown-esque 24 hour fast-paced thriller, jam packed with intriguing bits of masonic trivia in between the exciting narrative. I actually swore out loud when Mal'akh revealed himself to be Peter's son. The thought had actually briefly ...

Re: Books

Cool sounding books Jazzy! I like the sound of "Then We Came to the End". I've just finished The Last Victim: A True-Life Journey into the Mind of the Serial Killer by Jason Moss and I've gotta say I thought it was really good. Another page-turner, really difficult to put down and made all...

I finished reading Deranged: The Shocking True Story of America's Most Fiendish Killer! by Harold Schechter which is a blow-by-blow account of the notoriou...

Re: Sports & Fitness

Man Jessi, both you and Lindsey have made really good progress! That's a lot of weight to have lost and I can appreciate it was not easy. Keep it up, it'll be so worth it in the end. And it's never too late to start taking progress pictures even if you don't want to share them. It's a great record f...

Re: Sports & Fitness

I've been a bit AWOL from these forums recently (sorry, I will return to socialise soon!) but wanted to share another comparison that I'm fairly pleased with: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v185/MuseFury/full-comp-2_zpsdb7ea664.jpg lolpants The face ain't grinning yet because I'm not entirely sat...

Re: Sports & Fitness

Thanks guys! I've noticed my traps have gained in size which is great, I've been trying to bulk them up more by doing shrugs with every back workout. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v185/MuseFury/Shoulder-Arm_zpsab50b312.jpg Tiel: It's great when you start to notice the difference, it's such a thr...

That's pretty awesome, congrats! Dobermans are one of my favourite dog breeds, I think they're beautiful.

Re: Sports & Fitness

I thought it was time for another little update! Within the last 2-3 months I've been pushing myself and changing up my routines in the gym. I'm pleased with my progress but I've still got a fair way to go. For comparison: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v185/MuseFury/April-July-Comparison_zpsdd3b...

Re: Pokemon Generation VI predictions/desires

WAAAHHHH Fletchling and Talonflame are so cool! I love these new Pokemon so far, I'm so excited! My problem is the sames as yours, Madge, in that I need a 3DS... I'm trying to save my money for my trip next year so I'm going to have to come up with a money-making scheme pretty soon. Ok so E3 was thi...

Wraith and Jelly JubJubs

http://images.neopets.com/images/nf/jubjub_wraith_happy.png http://images.neopets.com/images/nf/jubjub_jelly_happy.png Wraith is rather abstract when compared to other Wraith pets; the eyes and mouth seems a lot more distorted than usual and I don't think I like it. Jelly on the other hand is very ...

Hooray, I was finally on the winning side! The boons aren't very exciting so I haven't picked one yet. I quite like the Site Theme though. As for the avatar: http://images.neopets.com/neoboards/avatars/brutes_syg48s.gif Am I being incredibly dense or is anybody else having a hard time figuring out w...

Re: Altador Cup Sign-ups Now Open!

I played three games of Yooyuball and then I was so bored that I quit. Oh well, enough for a crappy little trophy. :P Hahaha! This is how I feel unfortunately. But for some bizarre reason I'm forcing myself to play... We've been having some nice sunny weather recently so I'm not planning on getting...
