The sad pose is absolutely godawful. Those tears look like crappy anti-aliasing. Or possibly bukakke (god, am I even allowed to say that?). I wish they'd make the "glowing" poses more...radio-activey. Maybe some slime or more general freakishness, though I suppose that would be treading in...

It's cute. I like the color scheme and the generall look of it overall. The absence of mane between the ears bothers me a little bit, it looks a bit too leonine, as do the super-realistic eyes on an otherwise plushie pet. But in general, I like it.

Well, leather is hide so it usually tends to have a dapply/bump or cracked texture, to the eye. Unless you were up very close, however, I don't think you'd notice it, so I don't think you'd need to "texture" the cuffs much. I'd just put a simple darker shadow on each or perhaps some highli...

I'm kind of confused. What's the big face looming in the background? Also, I think you would have had better luck typing out the text with an actual font rather than writing it. Your handwriting's not terrible, but it's hard to read quickly between frame transitions.
