Need help with a blog

Aloha! I'm having troubles making a blog. Really, I have no idea how to do it. Anyway, I'm looking for guides in Internet but I can't find one that I understand.
Can someboy help me with it? I need a good guide or maybe someone to teach me!

Thank you for your reply. Excuse me for the skanning! Now I can't make it better (my skan doesn't work). I'd like hoofs, although she is humanlike I'd lile a lit bit of Ogrin style. And the cushion: I'll paint some type of floor (I'm thinking about squares or something like that).

I know most part of you are wonderful artist, but I'm not, so I need help with my Altadorian Ogrin, specially with the hands because I've added flowers at the feet.
