Huh, it's like they haven't thought about depth on the maractite at all, and have drawn the markings over the base as if it really were just a 2D picture. Especially evident over the ear tufts! That's a shame, but the gold does look buttery lovely!

I like water a lot, too. It's a little frustrating though because the place I really NEED a water pet... is Subeta. :-P Oh man, I would have loved to have done this on Subeta. Oh my gosh Water is absolutely GORGEOUS! I have absolutely no love for snow or ice pets (too cold!) but water can be warm and crashing and healing and lovely and I LOVE IT. THE DETAILS OMG! AND MY FAVOURITE SPECIES GETS IT FIRSTTTTT
