Double posting to say YAY my chomby is frozen! The account she's been on is frozen so I can't tell if she is back on my account or not. But this is a good sign I think.

Like I said in my PM Heto, if I were you I'd make a new email account and change over all of my accounts to that one D= I'm so paranoid now.

Yeah....I'm guessing the tech glanced over my (long) ticket, then checked my account and saw that there is recent activity on it and though "oh hey! everything's fixed!" and didn't bother actually reading the ticket, idk. I made sure to mention the creepiness of this person buying NC items...
