I dislike pretty much everything about both of these. Hissi is a pet that wears clothes pretty well usually. Not here though. Male's clothes are too scarce to feel royal. I'd love to see royals since ruki body type can pull of gowns so well, but it's unlikely so soon after kikos.
My guess is striped and skunk. In any case - I'm looking forward to new colours for rukis. I often morph Ocy into one when lab ray turns him into something I can't stomach.

Did Floud need an update? I can't remember the exact look of the original - I think the lineart was a bit thinner, but that's it.
