Stealthy: This is based directly on Ryshu (from the Training School), and... yeah, it looks awesome. Very ninja-like, properly stealthy, nice use of colors. The pointed nails on the index fingers are a tad strange, though.
Sketch: Par for the course, though I have to wonder if one could actually draw a Nimmo that way (no crosshairs on the face?).

I don't think those are nails, I think that's a gap; compare it to sketch. I can't unsee nails now, though.
