I really like this one. I think it is really well drawn, lots of personality. But I think I few of the poses let it down a bit (ranged attack, close attack, and angry) but all around it's one of the most mutant mutant pets there are. I like the colours although I think the brown looks better as that blue makes it too similar to things like the darigan blumaroo.

Heehee, it's wonderfully hideous! Only downside is the colour which looks a bit cartoony (er, as if the rest of the pet doesn't) but still, hilarious.

Aaaaw, cute! I do like the blue (and you do get blue rats after all......just not quite this blue) but the recoloured brown looked better I think. Still, the blue isn't bad, Im kinda happy with it as its my favourite colour. Must get one of these as soon as possible :)

I adore this one, and thats unusual because I normally hate Xweetoks. Its the mutantnes making it all better again. :) I love the expressions.

I love it and I want one! I'm not a big fan of mutant pets (except this and the tonu) and I certainly ain't a fan of xweetoks... but this is awesome. Classic cartoony escaped lab rat methinks.

The ranged attack pose may put me off from getting one though... would have been better switched with close.

We'll see. Great pet though :D

Finally another great Mutant.
It's a pity the choice of colors is not that great.
Stereo's recolor is much better.

Edit to add: My only fear is that now that this pet exists, they'll never make a non-mutated rat pet. =(
Actually, it appears that there is a bite on each ear.

Ee, me likey! Awesome, cartoonish mutant, with lab-rat appearance to boot! 'Tis probably a good contender for those pets one continually labs for stats with no planned final colour/species =P

I'm actually cool with the colour, and kinda prefer it to the boring brown/grey. I guess I just like animals painted blue/green/somethingelseoutrageous =P

Can't say I like the shading, though. It's just... off, somehow. And old-looking neo art != good. However if it's given a quick reshade before release the mutant xweetok will definitely live on my top twenty list ^^

Haha, it's cute. Being a Xweetok fan myself, I really love this pet. It's so cute. I think looks a bit like a small rat werewolf hybrid. It's so cute though, ecspecially the sad pose. SO SO COOT! *Must find transmog*

I think it reminds me of Pettigrew. o.O Or someone.

It does have lots of personality though, and it's not goofy-mutated beyond all reason.

Good stuff.

I do prefer the brown a bit, though.

I love it! I think it's well drawn and full of personality. Even the colors I think suit it very well (I love the orangey-yellow of the eyes with the blue of the coat). I think too many people want Neopets to be as "realistic" as possible, but I love the fantasy creatures and colors. I think it's just a really great, well done mutant. Leagues ahead of the crap Uni we got recently. I'm not sure I would ever own one myself, but I definitely like the pet, and if I ever had a character in mind and this color would suit, I would definitely go for it.

Count me in as liking the color scheme, it reminds me of MAGAX: Destroyer, which is never a bad thing.

As for the art, it's got just the right amount of mutant-ness and impishness. Nothing about it that really makes me go "wow" but it fits the bill well for its color and species.

Ye-es... But that's not what I mean.

<img src=http://images.neopets.com/pets/happy/xw ... t_baby.gif> <img src=http://images.neopets.com/pets/defended ... _right.gif>

Look at its right ear. The one to our left. In the happy pose, the bite is missing from the back/bottom of the ear. It completely switches sides in the defensive pose, to the top/front near where the ear joins the head. The ear is supposed to be swiveled--see, it's all blue, indicating it's twisted around to lie flat, the way dogs do when they're upset.

And where is the bite in sad?

<img src=http://images.neopets.com/pets/sad/xwee ... t_baby.gif>

Properly hidden, the way it's <i>supposed</i> to be.

And the other ear's bite switches sides, too. Compare happy with angry. Or circle with happy, even, though I realize they likely just mirrored that part of the image for that, but it was very lazy of them.
