I don't find it objectionable. I really don't have a lot to say about speckled pets, but some thought and design seems to have gone into this one, and that's nice. I like what they did with the feet.
Edit: I like what they did with the feet in <i>some</i> of the poses. In most of them they're white (or in one case bandaged), but in the defended pose they're green:

Boo. This is particularly annoying considering that, otherwise, I like this color more the more I look at it.

It's nice enough for speckled while still being green and white, I suppose.
We don't have to upload anything. Just search for Tyrannian Gnorbu via the front page or edit existing urls. As long as it's been uploaded by Neopets, it will display. As to why they aren't on the front page yet, I don't know. Joeno's given me access to force pet detection, but only as a last resort since it can strain the servers.
