Shadow Koi

Post by Kamil »

All poses <a href="http://www.neocolours.me.uk/viewclrs.ph ... rp%5B0%5D="> here.</a>

This is all they get? That bites.

I liked it on first blush, but on second viewing - the eyes in the happy pose are all kinds of droopy - that's not good. o_0

Other than that, I suppose it's nice. I remember hearing someone ask for a shadow Koi - I hope this is what they had in mind.

Ha, the stupid tooth-fish got jacked.

As it should be.

Huh, this didn't even appear on the front page...

Darigan Koi, Darigan Koi, wherefore art thou Darigan Koi?

It's rather...boring. It seems oddly muted and flat; perhaps that's good for a shadow pet, perhaps not. I'm leaning towards not in this case.

I wouldn't really care, but upon seeing this colour, I realized that I might've been interested in painting my Chicken shadow if this had turned out well. I suppose it's just as well, since I shouldn't be saving up for anything else anyway.

I think the problem I'm having with this is that the highlights on the fins just don't pop as much in this color as they do in other Koi colors. The effect is weirdly dull and I don't care for it.

I'd be pissed if I was a koi fan and saw only this come up. They manged to come up with only one colour?! And a crappily done one at that. All poses except for circle, sad and angry look just plain boring black and white. One of the worst shadow pets and one of the worst koi colours. Great job TNT!

Boooring. TNT sure has no creativity anymore.

Also, I can't remember how you people call that 'white part of the eyes' (sorry, have to study some English), it's weird on this koi!
On happy and photo images he has 'that thing' all white and all others its light blue. And his teeth is blue too in some poses.. weird o.o;

Very lazy editing job. I wouldn't keep one if I got from the lab.. such waste of pixels.

Why are the teeth and the whites of the eyes blue?

Lazy and unshiny. Fishies should be shiny.

A black/grey shadow koi is all we get? They only have 34 colours other than this. Which is far from the highest. As a koi fan I'm thoroughly disappointed...

Oh yeah the colour.. too grey.. and just looks... stupid I dunno why, maybe I'm just disappointed about the colour(s) today.

I thought it was a grey koi when I first saw it!

Not a major koi fan but they deserve better than /this/. Darigan, or even Grey or something would've been nice...

Many thanks to the wonderful Tiel for the set.

There is already a grey koi. It's all droopy and looks high.

Shadow is rather blah. Was hoping for something more exciting like royal or darigan. To date, spotted is still my favorite color on a koi. I'm thrilled with the new avatar even if it isn't working at the moment :x

Farseek, the avatar was working a few minutes ago... did you remember to put a Koi Plushie in your inventory?
