Jubjub re-vamp

Shadow popped up not long ago, it's pretty nice =)

And I think the shadow looks great, especially the dark dark eyes. Very nice.

The dark eyes are the cutest part. :D I like the Shadow one, too.

And the Christmas one does look like a cute little round chubby tree. Actually, I think the only thing about it that bothers me is the eyebrows are the same color as the rest of it. They sort of get lost in it D: But otherwise, quite cute. XD

The revamp is shaping up pretty nicely, I can't wait to see what they do with the likes of Faerie. With the awesome redraws the Jubjub has and its plain colours no longer eye burning, I predict a sharp rise in the number of jubjub owners in Neopia ^__^

Very Late Opinion on Revamp:
Lol, I kind of miss that their feet aren't in their face anymore. I wish they would have kept it in one of their basic poses. Oh well.

I like it okay. I don't mind that it looks like a troll because I like trolls. But the 'photo' image reminds me of some hairy creature my mom used to draw when she was 15. All hair with facial features. At least it's no longer flat now. And best of all the lines aren't too thick!! I was worried that this simple pet would fall victim to those thick lines the way the kacheek did. Heck the jubjub's lines are not even as dark as the kacheek's.

I'm not sure if the eyes should be more circular. They look more lively now and a lot better. But that could be achieved with circular eyes too.

I'd actually consider owning one now.


On Revamped Cloud:
So they're finally thinking of creative things for that colour again? Yay, about time. As much as I love the blue-with-white-clouds pattern, I still like the idea here. It's great that the cloud changes colour in sad and angry, complete with raindrops and thunderbolts respectivaly.

I think I liked the old white jubjub better though... I never liked the cream-colored white pets much for some reason. :/ The pure white or bluish-white ones are so much prettier.

Edit: aww... I'm not crazy about Chias, but I actually love the colors they used for the white one, specifially BECAUSE it looks so... minty. And... clean, I guess.
