Grey Pteri

Post by Huggles »

You know, I'm starting to think they're uploading to images50 just to annoy us. Perhaps it's for the best in this case. Unless the circle pose is some kind of wonderful, I'd rather not know this was slated for existence. Bleh.

Edit: Looks like they're actually going to release the awful thing.

Worst grey ever? It's really really terrible and I think its beak is about to fall off.

Good GOD, but that is horrible. And not just your everyday, normal horrible, we're talking full on eye-bleeding, screeching like the hounds of hell are about to pounce horrible.

Let's run down the God-Awful Grey Pet's Checklist (patent pending):

Fat? Check.
Overly pink eyes? Check.
Melting? Check.
Dismal shading? Check.

Bleech.

It isn't there. It isn't there. It can't be.

I don't think it gets worse than this.

...eww.

I actually got my hopes up for a bit when I clicked on this thread. I thought that a Pteri could work wonderfully with the Grey colour...but no, they fucked it up. *sigh*

They really are getting lazy with one of the most expensive colours on the site. =/ I mean, if you're paying that much for it, it should at least be worth your while. This thing is just hideous.

Yuck!

The sad pose just weirds me out. I don't even know if I can come up with the words to explain it, except maybe tears don't work that way.

Shading? Bad.

Wing style? Bad.

Consistency? Bad.

This saddens me. Perhaps I will go cry a cascading waterfall of projectile tears.

It's called a *grey* paint brush you morons, not meltyoldpersonlookingwithahumpandstupideyebrows brush. Whatever. At least I can breathe a sigh of relief that it's not another must have I guess.

The only pose I like is Hit, maybe because it doesn't have those creepy eyes. *shiver* Pterii already had a lovely Sad pose, and I expected a Grey Pteri to be based on that. Apparently not.

Ha ha! The big eyebrows reminds me of Baron Harkonnen. Without all the boils though.

Looks like grandma's crashing after her drug induced high. I love pteris but I certainly don't love this.
