Well... I kind of like how it's wearing what looks like a hand-knitted... thing. Maybe that's what the artist was going for? It's a nice Christmassy touch, anyway.

Otherwise it's nothing special; the blue is pretty ugly.

I don't like the blue. I don't much like the arm-warmers; and the bow is too much.

I think if they turned the Ruki white or a pale green and reduced or removed the bow, I could tolerate it. Or, if it were white with just the boots, hat and bow, I'd like it much better.

There very nice, just a bit too much is going
on for my likeing, with the feet there awfully
crowded other than that it's very nice wouldn't
ever paint/zap for one though not worth the effort

I think hauntedoll's was better than the actual
thing but then whatever TNT makes the images
but the TNT image is nicer with the blue and bow
I think but other than that you can have it =P

The funnest thing about pet colours that are essentially basic pets with clothes on, is that it's nice and easy to make your own versions.

The least fun thing is that, even though it's easy, TNT seem to make 90% of them look rubbish. This ruki = no exception. Far too busy and far too saturated. The arm-warmers are a nice touch but that's about all I like.

Well, when I saw this topic I was thinking "antenna will become antlers, red nose stuck on and he will be a brownish shade".

Seeing this I realised that I was wrong, but it's still as bad as I was anticipating it to be.

It's not TERRIBLE, but it looks too crowded for me. The hat, the bow, the arm warmers, the boots.. it's just too much for one pet. I think if they had changed the light blue (not a good colour for this one), and taken off some of the accessories, they might have had a half decent colour. I still would never paint a ruki this colour, though.

Also, Hauntedoll's version looks 10x better then this pet. xD

Of course it's not the best thing ever, but it's okay. It's not an "OH SWEET JESUS MY POOR EYES! MY BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL EYES! IT'S LIKE THE DEVIL THREW UP ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND THEN URINATED ON IT! O GOOD GOD MAKE IT STOP! IT HURTS!"

The socks are just too bulky for me to like this pet. Some pets might look cute in socks, but the ruki doesn't suit them and overall it's too busy. I'm not a fan of the really basic Christmas pets like the eyrie, korbat and cybunny but the tuskaninny shows it can be done tastefully.

The bow really needs to go, and I'm not too fond of the socks either. Other than that it's decent. I like the hat with the bell.

I imganined, as I clicked this link, a nice, quaint, red Ruki with green shell wings and feet, perhaps wearing a candycaned red/white scarf, with a bit of holly behind one of its antennae. Not some... Whitish blue thing. Couldn't they have at least based it off some sort of real life animal? Like the Pteri? I like that one.

The bow is just.. floating there. I love the color and if the bow went it would be a much nicer touch but I don't like Ruki's to begin with.

Well, it's an insect. I can't think of any real life Christmassy insects, lol. I think the whitish blue colour was maybe to give people a chance at having an ice pet without unretiring the ice paint brush?
