I was happily restocking this morning, hanging around on the boards when all of a sudden I noticed my neoHTML had been wiped. Next, I got logged out - I tried to log back in straight away but I got the familiar message:
I don't believe this. I'm trying to stay calm but I have so much to lose on this account. I'm submitting a ticket now with as much information about my account as possible but does anyone else have any other ideas as to what I can do? Is there a Premium Frozen Account report I can fill in also?WARNING!
