Huge huge Pet Achievement!

I didn't post about this yesterday cause I was too busy being all OH MY GOD about it. Now I'm taking a quick break from NaNo to post!

Yesterday, finally, after searching and searching and searching for month after month, I finally got the chance to adopt my oldest dream pet yesterday--

Meet Rayuca, the unconverted Plushie Bori!

Getting him was a bit of a challenge, but he made it! And actually, part of the challenge was me, being picky about names the way I am, deciding whether or not I wanted a pet with a lowercase name (yay for css code that covers that up xD). I mentioned it to Ty, however, who told me since I loved the name otherwise and love the pet, I should just go for it.

So I did!

The profile thanks the many, MANY people who kept their eyes open for a bori for me and messaged me with a million Neomails when he became available xD Extra thanks to Rah and Covet, who hung out with me on the Neoboards at times and dropped hints when this one was finally up!

The petpet may or may not stay there, and eventually he'll have a prettier lookup but - yay! Plushie Bori! I am a happy Jessi.

Aww, thank you Zebru! :3 He was especially hard to find a background for. Like a few other grandfathered pets, the plushie bori sits REALLY high in the space allotted for pets, so in several backgrounds he kind of looks like he's just floating there. This one not only matched, but he actually looks like he's laying down! I am quite pleased :3

Congrats Jessi, he is very very cute, and one of the nicest plushie choices ever.

I didn't notice that they sat so "high" either. Maybe if you got bored of that background you could get the NC circle. That would look fine, since the pets were supposed to outsize the circle, or barely fit in.
