Tonight I got a Malevolent Grimfruit, so I can't complain at all about all the Melody stuff.

i love the new system. The anticipation of "ooo, what will I get" is almost as good as actually opening a real gift in real life. I love that it restocks often and seems to have plenty of boxes to choose from. I got a bunch of tokens when it first started and then I got tons of Melody stuffs. Then when they really kicked the giveaway into overdrive I got some really really nice items and the RS achievement (which was a fantastic bonus!). I almost wish I didn't have to sleep so I could hang out and click on boxes. Even when it isn't something rare it is till fun and exciting to participate in. I love the 5 minute limit which seems to have thwarted the folks who would otherwise run roughshod over those with a slower computer and the non-alpha selection makes thing so much better. This has been my favorite Holiday Giveaway thus far. Thanks to the Subeta staff for tweaking these repeatedly over the years and continuing to do them even with the ever present bitch and whine patrol that inevitably shows up on the Subeta forums. This has been a really good pixel X-mas for me.

I got a chibi booster pack. Which was a DP, but doesn't sell for that much. Awww. I hope there are still good things after I sleep. Today has been soooo crazy. ;_;

There's still some good stuff in there, I just got a Malevolent Grimfruit! And an Evil Ghost Bomb, which is r99 so I got the achievement for that. Still mostly Melody items (and a lot of Wizard tokens, I've noticed)

No, first it grows into a Magical Lemon Tree. Then you use that to get a Ramenon.

I'm very happy with the giveaway but am still hoping for a r99 for the achievement. I've only ever rs'd one r99 on the site, and that was long before the achievement was around.

I'd love to see tomes or mage amulets or any kind of stat booster really. I got a bunch of DP tomes from one of the older giveaways.

That's all well and good, but now that more people are awake, I suppose, everything sells out within a minute. It's not the five minute timer that's a problem. It's the lack of items to pick up.

I've been away for Christmas so I'm glad the giveaway is still going! I've gotten a bear plushie (which gave me that snag a super rare item achivement), 2 pink blob dolls (gave one to my wife who's wanted one for awhile) and grabbed some random melody stuff. I'm having fun though! I like the new system very much. The 'oooo what will I get' feel I get when I go to click a present is great!

Is it still actually happening? I keep refreshing it and seeing it say it restocked "now" or "1 minute ago" but there are never items.

Yeah, it's still happening, but the presents are moving super fast now. It seems like everything I click on is Sold Out. :(
