Confusion. Why does the "kiss them back" link on my events lead to the forums?

Cause I think the only way you can kiss other then direct links is through the Forum, since a link does not appear on our user page like previous events

I haven't been to the forums though XD I came here after being confused as to how to kiss and just saw this thread

Wings, when you kiss someone, look at their HA--there's a lipstick print in a different place. It's just random, as far as I can tell.

What I really, really want to know is why the hell are the flowers restock-only? I've only gotten one. And that's because I vended it. The achievements go up to at least 50. I will never be able to restock that many, given that I can't even restock one. And that's on a good connection. I keep seeing them get sold out within an instant of stocking. This is horrible.

Last night I vended 600 tokens and I got 14 flowers. This is way too expensive. I stalked the shop for a while and never even saw one restock.
