It's that wonderful time of year again. The time of year where Subeta encourages you to go and kiss a random stranger or friend. And where zombies are in the spotlight.
I'm so excited about the new zombie strands. It seems this year we get 5 different types. And the forms have already named them, though the names can change as they progress. It took me like and hour and a half of refreshing but I was finally bitten. I got the one that is called 'Brain Rot'. I'm already wanting to see the next stage of it, heh. ^-^;
There are also new kissing achievements to be had. And they upped the number of how many people you have to kissed and be kissed by. And one to be kissed by a staff member which is also viral. So if you get kissed by a staffer you can spread it to other people.

I got lucky and got infected almost right away. I got the one I wanted too! Heart Burn. I am really excited to see how it progresses!!!
To know when you get infected you can go to the Healer and she will tell you if you are. I had to check her cause I was refreshing like crazy and totally missed the random event. ^-^;
I can't decide if I'm happy or not that there's only nine new flowers this year that I have to collect for Paperwing. It's sad, because treasures are fuuuun, but... Paperwing's treasure chest is already well over 200 items, so maybe it's for the best.
I'm curious to see what new things Skitters is selling this year! I like a lot of his creepy things. Speaking of creepy things! I will never not hate that awful survival memorial statue with the freaky hands. Ugh. It's so bulbous and broken-wristed (even if the heart-support things aren't actually arms, that's what they always remind me of). I think the art is beautiful, but the actual design of it freaks me out. I would never go see something like that in real life, I'd just eat the bad karma I got from not paying my respects. And I would never, ever throw a precious flower at it (although I will throw virtual flowers at it because that gets you things).
It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.
Chaos, I have no clue about the achievement. Have to leave that to a long time zombie. But as for kissing, nope it doesn't effect you. You're perfectly safe to swap smooches without fear.
