Can't see any items!

I need some help. For the past few days, I haven't been able to see any items on Subeta. I'm not able to see my pets or even the explore map.

I can see the new pets and HAs that have been posted in the news, but anything other than that just comes up blank. It has to be a problem with my Subeta account or something, because I can see all of those new items on Subeta HQ.

Who should I contact about it?

Do you use Firefox? Maybe you have disabled the images?
I know it may sound silly, but that happened to me before so..
