Well that sure was tedious! Managed to beat him 19 times though. Had to restart more times then I could count. Whose idea was it to give him 3 Tornadoes anyway! I got a ton of exp though, so that added a nice stat boost

They still seem to be releasing hydrus pets in the mood of the event, but yeah, kinda pfft. I'd like some conclusion so I can go back to the island.

I'm still half expecting Merana to show up as a challenger. But I doubt my pet could beat her since he needed an emo spork to beat Daemon. Or maybe she'll be Hydragellos-ish.

I really expected there to be something finale-like over the past weekend.

A small update in the plot at least. A book of sorts was released talking about the whole ordeal. While most of it is just past plot info, the last page at least move it along a little. And wow there is so gorgeous art in there!!

And... I'm not sure how I feel about Amy being targeted; on the one hand, "innocent little girl being forced into Merana's revenge scheme," blahblahblah, but on the other hand, I've never done any of her quests and therefore have no interest in her coming back.

But of course she'll come back. =P

I kinda agree Officer, I wouldn't mind seeing Amy being tossed to the terrible sea monster. Fictional characters should at least offer me some sort of entertainment. A glorious death would be useful in that aspect.

I really liked the art, but I wish the text had been darker. I thought it was a little hard to read. Certainly wouldn't stand the test of time, and it should be freshly written so you wouldn't think it that faded already. Oh well. Still a nifty thing, and pretty.

Out of the three, Emma is the NPC I'm the most indifferent to. So, I would rather have her dying than Amy. I like Amy. She reminds me of myself when I was a kid, picking flowers?

The artwork is just gorgeous! I love Dirty Matty - he's so tiny and cute <3 I had forgotten how small Wyllops are supposed to be!

This has got me all interested in the plot again Although this annoyed me - "Without an enemy to fight, the pirates declared victory." How dare you taint the pirates' victory! We kicked your butt!

Amy has always scared me, she can get sacrificed to Merana all she wants Not too fond of Charity either. As long as they don't touch the lovely Emma!

I absolutely ADORE those story pages, they're quite gorgeous indeed <3. Also I noticed that they fixed how Merana talks as well, which is much better than that weird accent they tried for her before, so I'm quite happy and interested in the plot again =D.

I find the pages just beautiful. Bravo to the artist! The work that must of taken. Go figure it'll be the cute, little girl that gets targeted for the sacrafice. Though I jump on the wagon with those who don't really care if she's handed over to Merana.
It's nice to see a bit a movement with the plot. I just hope they don't wait to end it all when I go to the cottage Monday. DX
