Gah. No! This is not the pherret I know and love. Love. I don't have one currently, but there's a perfectly good reason why I don't and I shan't bore you with it. More than anything else, the coloring on the head is all wrong. Why is the mask inverted? Why? Until that's fixed I can't judge the rest.
Oh no... I'm really hoping this isn't a sign of a revamp to come. The head looks like a chihuahua's (huge bulbous forehead), and I absolutely hate the mask like that. The body is all right, but that head just ruins it.
I've thought for a while that my darkmatter pherret could use a repose, but if it's going to look anything like that... no. Please, no.
Anyone notice the bottom foot looking perfectly flat? What foot looks like that? It's like a white sausage foot.
I do like the tail. And the rest of it is smooth and silky, I don't even mind the inverted mask, as much as it threw me off. But that foot sicks out like a sore thumb.
The head looks bigger because the eyes are much smaller. Otherwise, it looks about the same size. And don't say revamp. They're fine just as they are, except for the recolors. Aside from common and white, they just look like cheap hue/saturation changes as opposed to someone coloring them by hand.
That foot is really suspicious, Joey. The part where the tail connects to the butt is really thin, giving the impression that it is balding and/or about to fall off.
The inverted mask is a little strange - the rest of it's all pale blue on white, and then woosh, it's white on pale blue. Confusing.
So, kind of icky, but my eyes don't bleed or anything.
Hmm. I mostly like the pose of the body of this one, but the shape of the head and especially the inverted mask just bother me. When I first glanced at it I thought its head was encased in ice, and I still have that reaction on some level every time I look at it: 'What the hell is it wearing on its head? ... oh.'

That is exactly what I thought. It's such a shame because apart form the wacky colour change I quite like it. Although the more I look at the flat foot the more I am put off. Are redraws ever changed after they are released? I just can't see many pherret owners being pleased with the head colour craziness.

The mask is still darker than the face in the common one. The glacier pherret's mask bothered me immediately, and it does no matter how much I look at it. The face is strangely round and weirdly tapered by the ear. I don't like the ice on the ear, and it looks a bit like the pherret has paralyzed back limbs. Mostly, though, I think it's the blue face that ruins it for me. It makes the shape look really off--flat yet bulbous?--for some reason.
I like the colouring of it and the placement of the ice. The hind foot does look very weirdly shaped as Joey pointed out. Now I find I can't stop looking at it. The mask looks find to me, I think what throws people off is the way the eyes are, which don't look good to me. They are smaller then the regular pherret's eyes. Half closed they shouldn't be that small, atleast that's what I think.
I like it in general, the tail looks nice, I like the ice, but I agree, I don't what its supposed to look like, but as soon as I saw the face I was like "Hmm, seems wrong. Looks weird." It totally looks like the head is covered in ice...in fact...isn't it? It really looks like it is to me.
I'd say it's a pretty good addition, except there are a few details that throw me.

There are other, better options than what she did, though -- there are more colors in the glacier palette than white and cyan. A grey-blue mask would have been too visually 'heavy', I think, but she could easily have done the countershading in the very pale shade of that grey-blue that the glacier Tigrean and Celinox feature, and the mask in cyan.
On further examination, I do quite like the ice on the chest.
I really like it, I think it's one of the better Glacier pets. I don't think it would have worked with the main body colour being blue, and it wouldn't have matched the other Glacier pets. My only complaints would be that the ice placement looks weird, especially on the ear.
I like it a lot - the only problem I have with it is the mask. I wouldn't mind it being inverted that much if it weren't for that darker cyan colour outline. Fur being coloured differently in places - fine; dark geometrical lines on fur - not.
