I had problems logging into this account and had to turn off the parental controls to get here. Is there a way to get it so that these controls do not block me from getting here?

I editing the controls so I can manually override, but I do not like having to do this every time Im on - or on every page that I visit

Know its a tough thing to be in charge but just sharing one difficulty I am having.

Are you using the http://kamil.slashcity.com/neocolours/ URL (which will indeed trigger them) or http://nc.empireirc.net/neocolours/ (the (temporary) one that shouldn't)?

http://nc.empireirc.net/neocolours/ is the safe for work one, so I'd personally suggest that that one is used.
