I hate his jaw xC It looks so wrong...

Surprisingly, the whole of Faerieland has been given another new makeover and it looks absolutely gorgeous. The art is beautiful.

Amongst some of the revamps, the Blue Grundo Plushie has to be my favourite!

New Faerieland is lush, and doesn't seem to lag half as much as it used to on my computer. One thing though... where's Maths Nightmare gone? I think it was the babaas that really lagged. I liked the babaas. And now they're gone? :-(

The new Faerieland is nice, but I'm kinda sad we lost so much of the pink (which I know probably puts me in a minority). It's sorta darkish now. I liked how us girly girl types had at least one land that was all pink/purple/fluffy/cute/etc.

Oh well, it's still pretty at least.

The Grundo Plushie seems much more sentient now. If it were just dangling there, its head wouldn't be up like that. But i do find its hanging by the butt from a twig amusing.

I love the Grundo Plushie. Awww.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the green foliage. Where are the pink and purple camouflage pets going to hide now? And Jhudora has a bluff now instead of a cloud? Off all the places to try and drape some sloppy realism over, this ain't it.

I really like the revamp. I'm digging the urban decay feel, the cracked windows and haphazard plants. I think it will be kinda a shame if Faerieland never goes back to being on a cloud, but until then, I'm good with the new map.

Still makes my computer choke terribly on the Flash animation, I wish they'd go back to the less soft but far less intensive animation. Ah well, I skip maps whenever I can anyway.

The Bakery

I actually kind-of like it. Something about the softness of all the bread and the background with the Kacheek being harder is nice. His anatomy is good, the mustache is cute. I wish the blonde hair tuft wasn't there- that part doesn't make any sense. I don't like how the bread is sitting on the thing in his hand either. It looks a little too round and like it would fall off.

But comparatively, I think the Bakery turned out nice.

It wouldn't fall; that bread is flat on the bottom. We make it all the time at work (I'm a baker!).

I like the art (aside from the usual pixellation issues), but the golden hair falling from under the hat does not match that silly black mustache at all.

It's a little bit weird (not sure about the moustache or hair, probably because the 'collar doesn't match the cuffs') but definitely an improvement on the old version.
