Well, there's ongoing debate about the phrasing of the new rule. "Some of our loyal users" might imply that only a certain account age+ is safe..? The boards are debating it thoroughly right now, hopefully tomorrow's editorial will clarify!

I thought about that when I read it, Lark, and after thinking about it, I read it as 'some of our loyal users, who also happen to own UC pets' this applies to you.

I'm so thrilled though -- even if it turns out it's for 60+ mths or something. It's still awesome.

The boards are much prettier to browse all of a sudden. It's amazing how people are pulling these gorgeous UCs out of nowhere -- even people who I more or less know by sight are all whipping out UC royals and plushies that I never knew they had hidden away in secondary pet slots. *neogeeeekout*

Whee, this is very exciting news indeed! I don't get on Neo much anymore, but it will be nice to have Citian (uc faerie Pteri) as my main pet again. I missed staring at his handsome self.

This is one of the best changes Neo has ever made. I have to decide if I want to maybe bring my UC Darigan Hissi or Zafara over to my main. Or maybe even my UC Plushie Scorchio.

Haha, I just totally spazzed out on IRC when I saw this xD I need to figure out who to move to my main! I'll be losing Arien, my battle pet, but I don't even care xD This is so exciting!

ETA - Does anyone know if you're allowed to train on a side account? I'm sure you are as long as you send codestones from your main, but I wanted to be sure. With the huge number of transfers we have now it wouldn't be a problem for me to send Arien back just for battledome stuff.

I'm 99% sure training on sides is fine as long as you send the codestones from your main. I can't remember if there's an editorial about it though.

I'm also tempted to shaft my battlepet to a side to make room for another UC... but he's about to reach his 250 boosts and I'm remembering how long it's taken me to get him here, so... I think I'll keep. My UC faerie lenny is about to reach 85 boosts. I could make him my battlepet... idk! *sways vaguely*
