Win Neocash?

It hasn't done anything for me yet (keeps saying the machine is jammed) but I've seen people say they've won small amounts of Neopoints (a few hundred), a few cheap items, and smallish amounts of Neocash (150).

But, um, yeah. Anyone know anything more about this? I've seen it mentioned a few times on fan sites, but not "officially" on Neo, like in the news.

I've added it to my list of dailies, but I haven't gotten any free mall cash from it yet. Today's scarab landed in the slot right next to the free mall cash. >_<

I have been getting other things from it, though: small amounts of NP, cheap food, and I think I got a petpet (Scarabug) from it once.

It's *still* not working for people in the UK -_-. I would've thought they'd have fixed it by now, this is getting annoying. I wanna do the new daily too ;-;.

I was scratching my head trying to find the thread we had about this. Then I realised it was on the LJ community since it was during the brief exile. Obviously I can't much comment though, since it's broken for the UK.

But it was mentioned in the news. Thursday before last presumably (20th) - so that would be Friday the 21st's news.

I got a new message today, which reads:

I didn't think to copy it, but I got one today that said something like "Hey! That's not a real scarab! What are you doing, you beguiler?" Beguiler. Okay. o_O

So this is rather late for a bump to this topic, but it finally worked for me- and therefore, I'm guessing, for other UK people it will now work.

Goodness knows why it took this long.

The thing loaded and I was ever so excited, but then on the flash thing itself it said "ERROR" and a refresh gives me the standard text about the machine being jammed. Gah.

And it STILL says Neocash isn't available in my country, months after they announced it is.

I had that problem too, at first, E, I pressed Ctrl + F5 and it worked.

It appears that I have the option to buy NeoCash though, but when I get a few pages in it says "Experiencing technical difficulties".

I could play again today, so it seems to be more than just a fluke.
