Okay, my Neopets account is sweetheartskitty. I've not been on Neopets for such a long time and I want to get back on. Is there a way to help me? My mom's trying to contact the Neopets team about it.

I had the same problem. I wasn't old enough to sign up when I got an account.

Which is pretty funny because I'm 24 now.

But yeah I never recovered the info and I've got an old account just staring out me. I reset the password but never got an e-mail about it so even if I did get the birthday right I'd be screwed.

Do you have any friends who have the account as a Neofriend? That can give you the age of the account (or it used to), which helps a little bit.

You can also submit a ticket with information about the account, and if they think it's enough to prove you're the owner, they can give you the password and birthday. You should submit this ticket from a side account (make a new one if you need to) so that you can keep track of it.

Good luck! It's a really annoying feature, though useful for security to some extent.
