Converted Pet Pictures Site

Post by Vhendi »

I can't remember the name of the site (it was a petpage on Neopets actually) that had a list of all the neopets in every color, before and after converting them. It was something like -Sheboo-?

Can anyone tell me the link or provide another site with this info? Thanks :)

The pet page you were looking for was:
http://www.neopets.com/~shieboo

There is another petpage that sorts by species but I do not remember it off hand.

I really don't think so. And even if they somehow legally are, Sir Gwontek Fruit says its a really bad idea.

Isn't the German Neocolours the website that Joeno (or someone else) gave some of this websites coding?

I'm not sure if that's true, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that our coding was just given away. It looks different to ours now though, I think.

Either way, I think it's a bit wrong to advertise that website here, since it kind stole our name. I'm guessing by their username that they could be a member over there doing this purposely.

Well, of course it looks different, because I completely recoded this website from scratch. neocolours.de has this site's old backend, the coding Joeno deleted this site's copy of in his hissy-fit.

That said, if someone signs up simply to promote another website, technically their account should be deleted like we do to all the other spammers. It's not as if their post is more coherent or anything (we do appreciate punctuation here).

Or we could hold our horses because this was a genuine reply to the question asked in the first post, and we must not forget that the mass of users of that other site has probably no idea of how it came to be or why it could be considered inappropriate to advertise it here.

Or, we could remember that there's a rule against bumping up posts over two weeks old and a separate rule against joining up simply to promote other websites, and respond to them accordingly.

I didn't see the date's month, only the day. Sorry. I will accept any punishment.
