Someone on the HC has been getting the alert out about two items that are currently being offered on expensive trades. They are the Eau de Esophagor and the Tattered Sock Puppet.
In the most extreme cases people are claiming that these are worth a million Neopoints. The sock puppet is definitely only worth 7k; the perfume WAS worth 8k until it was bought up by a group of scammers working together to try and take it off the shop wiz. (It's currently running at about 80k; be sure not to confuse it with the item Essence of Esophagor, which is genuinely worth about that.)
Watch yourself, and if in doubt, accept pure.
