Neocolours

hi i was wondering is it possible to make a neopet colour because i think it would be fun and if so how do you do it? thanks bye.

If you mean can you create a colour for the Neopets site, the answer would be no. Neopets won't accept image of pets in colours that do not exist. If you mean creating a colour for here or other fan sites, I don't see why not. If your question is how do they make a colour (so you can do the same), I'd advise looking at various art programs and talking to skilled artists.
