Earwen, I stated SEVERAL TIMES in my original post that the size needs to be specified.
This really bugs me when people don't specify a size for these things (remember, I do these on the neoboards, so I get lots of idiots), so I'm going to have a no tolerence policy:

Colour:Usuki Boy (no fancy designs, I love him just the way he is.
Size:250 pixels wide / 350 high would be amazing.
Expression:Well, he's quite dim witted...ever watched Monty Python? Kinda intensely stupid, like King Arthur in the Holy Grail. What ever you can make of that would be great. He's very chicken as well...constantly running away from danger.
Background Colour:Transparent for a light background please.

Currently I have no requests.
In like two days I'm going to be back at uni (D:!!), so I am going to instill a new policy: Three requests maximum can be queued at any one time. So if three people post requests, no-one may make a request until I've said which requests I'm doing (because I don't do them all, as I'm sure you've noticed). If I decide not to do one or more requests for whatever reason, it opens that many slots. If people request even when three requests are posted, this is bad. Unless your post is made within 10 minutes of the most recent request, in which case i will allow it because I'm a nic eguy.
