I love the torn edges, the body pose, the spindly arms. And the evil eyes, hee. I love the shape of the scythe. I'm not too sure about the color of the blade, but maybe I'm a traditionalist and I like 'em silvery, hee. ^_^ Overall, it's really nice. I still don't quite "get" having a more or less human-shaped pet (I don't get the warador, either), but it's very good art, and it fills the square out wonderfully! That can be such a huge issue for me.

That is really really nice. You kept the same basic pose as the old one which is very better. The thin arms and tattered ends of the robe are neat. ^^ Nice job!

That kacheek is indeed quite frightening. The giant head combined with the more realistic features nudges it just past the line of cute.

How about a lenny? Or a ruki? They don't really have any obvious Subetan counterparts.

To be honest, it doesn't look like a Subeta Kacheek to me so much as a Pokemon kacheek xD;

No no, Pokemon kacheek would have little floaty bobbles and the color transitions would be banded and it wouldn't have fingers and toes and it would only say kacheek in long and rambling run-on sentences.
