Request for nifty photoshoppers?

I'm not 100 percent sure if this should go here or in chit chat, or if request are allowed, but I'm sucking at doing this myself.

It's an RPG thing. By the 23rd (yes, 3 days) I need a picture of an art deco, heart shaped cigarette lighter that looks as much like this one:

I couldn't find anything close on google images, so I was wondering if anyone might be able to put the design onto a silver locket and make it look a little like a lighter?

Well... I gave it a shot for you. But unfortunately most of my photoshop skills are more geared towards retouching photographs lol But, since no one else has replied, I thought Id give it to you anyway. So at least youd have something. This is just a warning that its... not great lol So apologies for that! =D
