Last Mutant Neopet for now until they introduce a new Neopet species.

No offense, but I thought this guy was underwhelming at first. This looks more like one of those low-budget monsters that'd be more at home in a 60s or 70s Saturday Morning kids show of anything.

I think it's because the usual Vandagyre eyes are somewhat forward-facing and with the third eye (and beak) it makes it look off.
