Coding Woes

I've had my alien Itgu for a little over a week now and am still fighting to get part of his lookup coded correctly. I thought it would be cute to have a sort of digital journal on his lookup, detailing what has happened to put him in his current customization whenever I update him. (I.e. if he's in a tree, it's because he's stuck. If he's in a dress, he was copying some native of the planet and wasn't aware that it was "girl" clothing.)
To that end, I designed a little data pad and did some coding on it. Problem is, the text is overflowing the edge of the "screen" by quite a bit, and all the fiddling with the number doesn't seem to help. A good friend of mine who is a wiz with coding has tried to help me figure out what's wrong, but she can't seem to tweak it either. When she tried putting it on a petpage it worked fine, but on a pet lookup the values go all wonky. I don't know if it's the coding on the rest of his lookup that causes the issue or what. I guess first I want to know if it's possible to fix this issue. If not, suppose I'll just format the text with paragraph breaks to get it to fit where I want and not have a blurb of text large enough to need a scroll bar.
Here is the lookup coding in its entirety:
Any help would be super appreciated cause frankly, I'm stumped.
