As mentioned on the old forums, you can now also visit the forums and the site by going to, respectively, http://nc.empireirc.net/neocolours/ and http://nc.empireirc.net/nc/ .

For FireFox (and possibly Opera) users: Please do not forget the trailing slash, it's quite important, since it'll redirect you to the kamil.slashcity.com subdomain if you don't use it. It sort of caused me several hours of hurting myself to remember that, so no need for you to make the same mistake

Yes, seems like it does. But I believe that's something that needs to be fixed in the PHPBB configuration. The really technical bits have been done, though.
