Neocolours

I had some time today, so I have updated the Subeta colour database. I wasn't sure if people were still using it, but I could see that recently people were still visiting it.

Would anyone be interested in rating the new subeta colours? The vote feature wasn't included in the site update so is not currently online, but if people were interested I could make it work again.
