Robot slave.
I shave everyplace but my forearms and head. I shave my armpits because it's a simple and non time consuming way to not be itchy and smell bad. My legs I'll do whenever I feel like doing, and pubic hairs probably every other day. However, it's not something I feel I have to do since I never wear shorts or sleeveless shirts, or flash people in public. I think the taboo we have in the States against it for women and men nowdays is rather silly, and I don't really have much of a preference for guys. Grizzly Adams type mega beards I do find a bit unattractive though.

I found this randomly and thought you might like to know it existed.

*shrugs* I shave my legs, pits, and monobrow-ish bridge when I darn well feel like it, which is rarely (more often I'll pluck/shave the monobrow thing since it's not terribly dense, just a slight ew-look for me). So only if I want to wear shorts or go swimming where people other than my husband might see me, I'll shave. Otherwise, neither he nor I care if I have body hair. It's a bother to do it, and I'm lazy like that. Plus ingrowns=itchy!!! Other methods so far have proven either ineffective, painful, or have unpleasant side-effects. My main swimsuit doesn't have that "bikini leg"cut, so I don't have to shave the super-sensitive areas. I'm glad I found that suit, and it's still rather pretty *ooh shiny blue*.
My husband shaves guy-facial hair, but that's it until recently... he's been shaving his head-hair bald for the Army, eep! But male body hair doesn't bother me, at least his sure doesn't, and I'm glad he feels the same about me.
Guess you all really wanted to know that, eh?

Okay, you have to watch the "I've got a Secret" video....
It's relevant, I swear. You're not going to think so at first, but give it a minute...
Oh it's not safe for work, BTW.
Ooooh, I watched that video on YouTube, it's HILARIOUS! Nick Swardson crack me up ^_^
As for hair... Yeah... I shave when I feel like it. When I feel like, "Ah! My hair is unruly! Kill it, kill it!" But really, it's not like anyone is going to see it (no shorts, no sleeveless shirts, no swimming, no sex), so it's not a big deal.
Really? Blimey i don't think they are that bad at all - then again the girl that does them always says that i'm not very hairy anyway so i guess i have less hairs to pull out. i have been having it done for a few years though so maybe just used to it - even getting my eyebrows shaped a couple of times a year hurts more!jessibean wrote: she said one girl started crying during her first Brazillain wax and made her stop in the middle of it xD

I tried to wax my eyebrows the other day and accidentally got some wax where I didn't want it. My left eyebrow now has a small bald patch in the middle, and this is after trying to work the wax out with some oil. =P Thankfully, it's not very noticeable. I'll usually wax my upper lip and chin if I'm doing the eyebrows anyway, since I'm descended from a long line of rather fuzzy euro-mutts.
I don't think about it that often, though : I'm generally very lazy about hair removal. I wear pants year-round so the only person who sees my legs is my husband, who doesn't even notice if I shave or not. I don't see the point of bothering with it, when I always end up bleeding afterwards, or having razor burn, or both, although I will pull out a razor if, for some reason, I need to dress up in a skirt. Bleh.

Latest candidate for best thread ever, and also new award for most "I wont be able to think about people the same way ever again" thread.
Muhself? I shave me face, because pubecent patchy beards are probably not the sexiest thing ever.
Apart from that? That's about it. I did trim once, but that was just so I could see what it was like...I have no preference.
As for in the WOMENS...sheeeit a woman's a woman, who cares?
Although lady beards are not hot...and I guess shaven legs and armpits is a preference...though not a necessity.

Yeah... and it was then and there, you were sure you'd found "home".Twofold Black wrote:Do you realize that the first question anyone asked me on the NC chat -- possibly the second, after my name -- was whether I shave my man parts?
Me, I shave/trim some of my body hair too.
I hate teenage facial hair, so there's a little bit there that needs to be shaved. I used to shave between my eyebrows, since it was easy, but I've been tweezing between them because it looks better and you don't keep having weird stubble. Fortunately, my arms, chest, and back don't really have any dark hairs. On my stomach, it's light and really fine, and I kind of like it. As a guy, I've found some respect from the girls who know I like to shave my legs every now and then. (I can't stand it, on my legs, if the hairs don't lay flat and stay straight. I don't have much problem above the knee, though, so I don't bother there.) I just trim the pubic hair, since I like short better than smooth...
Ooh, I keep my "boy bits" all shaved, though!
