Re: Possible Anyu Revamp!
And I was just thinking the other day man, I wish the Anyu got revamped so they'd make a Glacier version of it... Positive thinking pays off! :D I always think bear limbs look funny, specifically their legs, but I know it's just their anatomy. They're funny, cute creatures (until they eat you). If y...

Re: Oregon Trail
Do I get cool points for still having an original Oregon Trail disc? It's not the oldest one, but second oldest version, I think. I still pop it in to play from time to time.
Sadly enough, that site did not have my favorite: Dino Tycoon. I think it was an Apple game... not sure though.

Re: Computer opinions needed!
Here's the difference I find between in-store and online: mostly in-store is certain models, all pre-built with factory settings, blah blah blah. However, you can often find good deals on these - my little sister got a decent HP model for $100 off. However, I usually go online and pick my settings m...

Re: Possible Kora revamp
I always liked basic kora a lot but I also always loved Rah's approach to them. You see, galactic, spectrum and hydrus have this very characteristic body type - narrow chest and curvy bottom - sort of like an elegant version of teletubbie's body. Y'know what zebru, I think you pinned it pretty well...

Re: Galactic Mahar and Mallarchy, Nightmare Kora
It's nice to see some more Galactics come out (though truth be told, I was hoping for the Velosotor), but these two are nice... just nice. I like the pose and swirls on the Mahar, especially the gold-on-black horns, but all the blue bits jumble together. The Mallarchy is a little stiff, but the gold...

Re: Nightmare Pets!!!
Arbor, I know you don't like Torrents too much anymore, but seriously... this thing is awesome . It reminds me of a viperfish, this big, underslung jaw fish of deep sea nightmares. God knows I may just have to make one, add a light onto it, and call it so. I loves you. o.o Thank you for posting the ...

Re: Nightmare Pets!!!
Oh, Subeta artists, how I love thee, let me count the ways... For once, I didn't puke over the Archan. I think it's back parts are wonky, but the front bits are awesome. The Kanis is made of pure WIN. Antlephore is similarly made of win. Dilemma has all these details, drools and demons, that make it...

Re: Thread of Joy and Candy
Awww, fond memories. I miss Trick-or-treating, we'd always go in a huge group through my neighborhood. One year my boyfriend was a hippie and brought a guitar, and we ended up singing Beatles songs for people towards the end of the night. I'd use a pillow case and empty it halfway through the night,...

Re: Subetart : 10 + Glacier Keeto!
Ooo oh oh. (Pretty Keeto, for the win!) I just thought - if you want to try variations on the aura, what about making it look like the aurora borealis? That might be pretty cool. But if not, don't mind me!

Chihuly Piece - Advice Needed
Hello everybody. :) It has been a long time since I've done a large scale piece of artwork - my last one was a 20 x 20 inch weave of a cell and a supernova done in the 11th grade (shoddy photo of said picture here ). And well, now's the time for a new one, four years later... Over the summer, my boy...

I think the weird blobby thing is supposed to be its tag...? *shrugs*
That said, neither are really doing it for me. They look... tired.

I don't know if I'm just too used to the old one, or something, but this just is not doing it for me. The face and neck fluff of the new one aren't as broad, especially the muzzle. The ears don't fluff out as much. It looks like it either molted or lost weight. Slate this as the... fifth?... revamp ...

Count me as another who loves the idea. I can imagine its Cobal attendant helping with the ones the Sage can't reach well enough, and tending to the little tadpoles when they hatch. And the places where the gem eggs hatched pus over and crystallize and make new gem eggs... Are we creative or sick an...

I've been dying to see a Galactic Torrent for Tripoli since the idea of Galactics even popped up. And well... I'm a little disappointed. It's big, and rather flat looking. The darker coloration makes it look dirty. Though I really do love the detailing on the tail and at the front of the dorsal spin...
