Nightmare Mallarchy and Velosotor
I LOVE the Velosotor. The facial expression, the claws...it looks so malicious!
Re: Nightmare Mallarchy and Velosotor
I am the terror that flaps in the night, I am the ten dollar service charge on all returned checks.
Initially, I couldn't tell what pose the velosotor was in, but the more I look the more I believe that it is in the quintessential "rub my tummy" pose. I don't find it at all scary.

Re: Nightmare Mallarchy and Velosotor
I'm so sad because I want to love the Velosotor. Everything is fabulous EXCEPT that leg. I know this is suppose to be some kind of jumping pose but that leg is waaaayy to high up and it just throws that entire pose off. I would have loved to see in more of a forward pose, maybe slinking toward the viewer with it's mouth wide open or something. It's a shame because I love that face so much.
The Malarchy on the other hand, WOW. That pose is super cool and I looovvee those feet claws. It's like flying death coming your way, which is funny because I don't find ducks very intimidating. This certainly proves me wrong as I find this one very intimidating and awesome. Also dark wing duck because YES.

The Velosotor looks like it's flashing its crotch at me o_o
Mallarchy has the recurring issue of wings being more like bat wings covered in feathers than bird wings. The perspective on those legs is also bugging me.
