Battle for Meridell comic issue

I may delete this thread once I get some help, but can anyone else check out the Battle For Meridell comic page and let me know if all the text is showing up with 1's and 2's above and below the text (instead of popping up).

It's been broken for years now, actually. (I'm not sure exactly how long, but I know it's been at least 3 years).
