Hey, welcome back! I've heard Neo can be a bit slow about tickets, but I don't know if there are ways to make them respond faster - e.g. if social media would help.
Certainly I've heard of people having successes with Facebook messages to TNT, and in theory it couldn't hurt anything. They done ignored the heck outta me, though.
First person to respond to my ticket email asked for a LOT of info I just didn’t have, like exact dates of NC purchased (uh, it was from Gift cards back in 2008ish!)
Finally, I had an email saying my account had been frozen by mistake due to a database glitch a couple of years ago and they fixed it just now for me.
Holy guacamole, I decided to check my stocks to see if I had anything doing well in the stock market. I know that when I used to play full time (2009 ish) I invested a lot here and there.
Apparently I had a lot invested in Virtupets which has increased by more than 800% since then.
And just like that, I made 4,000,000 in stocks while I was gone.
