RL Achievements and ToW-split 2/16/09

[Darwin]

Achievement: I got accepted to the college I applied to. In September I will be a full time student again doing a foundation degree in Animal Science (Management & Welfare). I'm really looking forward to it.

Woe: I'm too excited to sleep, hehe!

Woe: The hard disk drive on my Linux fileserver has become a bit corrupted. This is bad.

Achievment: got a really good deal on my baby ball python today. Named him Carmen. so cute. <3

[Strawberry Limeade]

Yay: Blizzard! Purdue cancelled classes for all students and staff for the first time in 23 years. This means I get to stay at home and watch movies instead of going to my art history classes.

Woe: I decided to make spaghetti for lunch and a gigantic sauce bubble burst all over my hand and burned the crap out of it. I used ice and aloe and more ice and it still hurts.

Yay: The same blizzard that canceled Strawberry Limeade's classes yesterday also canceled mine today - well, until 5PM anyways. Which canceled one exam of mine!

Woe: I still have my Organic Chemistry II test. At 8:15-10:15 tonight.

Yay!: We've gotten two days straight off from school due to a blizzard. We've got about 3 to 4 feet of snow. x3 And we get tomorrow off because it's President's Day. :D And after this weekend is Winter Break. I finally have a chance to work on my damn commissions. ^^

The good: Yesterday was my birthday. I got a shiny new 6x8" wireless graphire to replace my 4x5" one with the broken cord.

The not-so-good... it almost feels like TOO much room right now! This is definitely going to take an adjustment period.

Yay: I got a digital camera and nine books for my birthday (the 12th)

Yay: We had a snow day.

Yay: They didn't cancel our dance due to snow.

Woe: I wore flipflops and I have a blister and my toe got stepped on three times.

Woe: I have the hiccups. x_x

Yay: I finished my biology lab and it's only 11.45pm!

woe: I didnt do as well as I hoped on my math test...

Yay: I can bank in CAS hours for my story writing.

Yay: 1 more week to go till Vacation!
