Anyone got a direct premium number for this?

I added a 4th sub account to my list, and deleted a "5th" one today. The reason why I added the 5th one is because I'm completely locked out of the 4th one almost since the day it was created. I'm able to give some general info about the account, and limited (but enough) info that no one else knows but me about it. I called general premium, but after getting the runaround for 15 minutes, they told me to contact TNT through email. What I want is that sub account side password reset so I can access it again. Is what I'm asking for even possible?
