The arms of the manatee yurble are attached at two completely different parts of the body and now I can't unsee that. Which is a pity because the face is cute!

That bugged me too. Maybe something more like this?

Maraquan: When I first saw this, it looked like play-doh to me. Now... yeah, actually, it still kind of does. The flippers and tail are really thick, almost round, which I think is throwing me off. The mouth jowls are bugging me too, as the usual mouth line doesn't really connect properly (I actually think it would look fine to have left it off completely) and, as already mentioned, the arms don't connect properly.
The black eyes looked rather soulless to me at first (most animals with no visible corneas have round eyes), but I'm warming up to them.
As much as I just complained, however, this isn't too bad! It just takes a little warming up to first, is all.
EDIT: I forgot to comment on Silver! It's perfectly nice - plenty of gradients and careful positioning of shadows. Nothing to nitpick here.
